6. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The funds of the committee shall not contain the following amounts:-

(a) The amount of grant received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for providing hospital services,
(c) Funds received from other charitable organizations or donors,
(d) Funds received from other sources.

(3) The entire expenses of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) Prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained before receiving funds from any foreign government or international organization.
(5) The fund will be operated by opening an account in a commercial bank in the name of the committee (6) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be by the joint signature of the medical superintendent and the head of accounts of the hospital.
(7) The funds received from the Government of Nepal, foreign governments or international organizations for the program should be spent on that program.
